Delivery

At Flourish Eclectic our local delivery service runs twice daily.
Monday-Friday offering AM & PM time slots.
Saturdays offering AM deliveries only.
Sundays by prior arrangement and additional charges may apply.

For Mount Barker and Denmark deliveries - deliveries will be daily Monday-Friday.
Orders must be placed by 5pm the previous day and delivery is $20 within the town centre.

All other outlaying areas including Walpole will require an individual quote.

We guarantee same day delivery when you place your order before 1pm Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. For Saturdays, please place your order by 10am for same day delivery. For urgent delivery outside of our normal delivery timeframe please call us on 0434 557 149 and we will try our best to still get your delivery out for you.

AM: Orders are collected from instore at 10am and delivered as soon as possible, in accordance to the couriers run sheet within a 2 hour* timeframe.

PM: Orders are collected from instore at 2pm and delivered as soon as possible in accordance to the couriers run sheet within a 2hour* timeframe.

*Our couriers take great care in getting our fresh flowers as quickly and safely into the hands of our smiling recipients, in the event of busy delivery days and occasions such as Mother’s Day & Valentines Day, time frames may be pushed out.

Whilst all reasonable requests will be considered, exact time slots for deliveries cannot be guaranteed. If the recipient is not home our drivers will leave your order where they deem it to be a safe place. To ensure a successful delivery we recommend including the recipients phone number on your order** and any additional delivery information in the notes section.

**Recipient will only be contacted in the event of an unsuccessful attempt on delivery, to gain more details.

In the event your flowers can’t be delivered, for such reasons as wrong address supplied, locked gate/no access due to apartment block or deemed unsafe to leave they will be returned to our store at 138 York St Albany WA 6330 and you will be contacted. The recipient is then welcome to collect the flowers from our store (free of charge) or you can opt for a re-delivery (additional charges may apply depending on times and area).

If flowers are received by an incorrect recipient but correct delivery address supplied by you, all re-order cost will be at the customer’s expense.
